Google has declared that it has rebranded its AI chatbot Bard as Gemini and officially released the advanced tier Ultra, named Gemini Advanced which runs on the Gemini Pro model at present. It is the free version of the generative AI chatbot.
The Tech giant opted for the name Gemini AI as it has been evolving more than just the models, supporting an ecosystem, from the products to the APIs and platforms that support the business's innovation. Gemini Advance is being provided without any cost for two months as a publicity offer.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai officially released the subscription tier of the AI chatbot and said that it will provide a new experience and will come up with far more capabilities in following introductions, coding, reasoning, and creative collaboration. He also stated that the subscription will be known as the ‘Google One AI Premium Plan’. Hence, the users who subscribe to it will be offered all the remaining paybacks of Google One and 2TB of cloud storage capacity space.
A different post, highlighting its features, revealed that Gemini Ultra can create step-by-step instructions, back-and-forth discussions, or sample quizzes. It can be a personal tutor for the users trying to get assistance for academic commitments. It is very adept in advanced coding that can aid users in editing, generating, analyzing, and debugging complicated coding activities.
Additionally, digital creators can get the benefits from a Google Advanced subscription as it can analyze recent trends, generate content, and propose ideas for audience growth.
The free version of Gemini AI and Gemini Advanced will be accessible on the website, and Android app. People using iOS can reach the AI assistant via the Google app. The monthly subscription charge for Google Advanced has been fixed at Rs.1950 after the two-month free accessibility.
